Located in the heart of Novato’s historic downtown, the Novato History Museum features a range of exhibits including agricultural tools, children’s toys, costumes, and more. The museum’s archives tell fascinating stories about the city’s history and people through historical maps and photos.
This California history museum is located in the former Postmaster’s House which was built circa 1850. A picnic area is located in the grounds of the museum, overlooking City Hall.
Admission is free.
