Ray’s Catering is a third generation family owned business. The brain and heart behind the company is the Offenbach family. Even before 1909, when Isadore Offenbach migrated to the United States, the Offenbach’s have been involved in the food industry. Isadore’s son, Ray, and his grandson, Rodger, worked at the family butcher shop in Mill Valley. This butcher shop soon became a deli, much to the locals’ delight. The business continued to expand, so Ray and Rodger decided to start catering local parties. Rodger’s sons, Dan and Luke Offenbach, are now the owners and have been the heads of the business for the past ten years.
The company has many signature dishes and a variety of themed menus. Ray’s Catering actively supports locally-sourced foods and uses all biodegradable and compostable products.
