McEvoy Ranch kicks off their Social Club Chat series with McEvoy Ranch Winemaker Byron Kosuge, Cheesemaker of Nicasio Cheese Company Rick LaFranchi and Fermentation Expert, Chef and Nutritionist Karen Diggs. Together, the three of them will take part in a panel discussion and Q&A session about the history and benefits of fermented foods around the world. Following the discussion, join the food and wine connoisseurs for a seated cheese, wine and ferments pairing that will continue exploring the mysterious world of fermented foods.
