Learn to harvest, mill and bottle your own Olio Nuovo at this hands-on workshop. The day starts with an orchard walking tour and a change to harvest your own olives from the property. You’ll then receive a tour of Frantoio olive mill while having a chance to oversee your own olive milling.

Followed by this unique opportunity, there will be a guided, comparative tasting of Olio Nuovo olive oils then enjoy the fruits of your labor with an elegant farm-to-table luncheon.

Organizers request no pets, except service animals, attend.
