Tasting in the Dark: a Collaboration Between HopMonk Tavern and Senspoint Design is an event for beer aficionados and beginners alike. Guests will spend an evening with blind sensory expert Dr. Hoby Wedler as he guides you through a truly blind tasting experience. At the beginning of the experience, everyone will blindfold themselves for a 1-hour sensory journey through several key prepared aroma samples and then several selected styles of beer. These tastings are both educational and extremely entertaining as Hoby guides you in a conversation about how we can use all five senses to get the most out of life.
