San Francisco singer songwriter Sara Laine brings an impressive band of musical friends with her to the Novato HopMonk for a CD release show, including multi-instrumentalist Robert Powell, who lists work with Jackson Browne and Peter Gabriel on his resume, Tom Finch (Big Brother & the Holding Company) and Susi Davis, who has toured with the likes of Mick Jagger, Pat Benatar and Prince. Expect a night that blends rock, country and R&B to impressive effect.
