Chef Joanne Weir, a PBS-TV favorite and award-winning cookbook author, joins Fresh Starts Chef Events on Thursday, January 18, to demonstrate a fresh and delicious midwinter menu.
The co-owner of Copita restaurant in Sausalito has received a Julia Child Cooking Teacher Award of Excellence and a James Beard Foundation Award, along with hosting PBS-TV shows that include “Joanne Weir’s Cooking Class” and “Weir Cooking in Wine Country.”
