Marin locavores can enjoy a unique gourmet experience at this Meet the Farmers event, hosted by popular Novato eatery Rickey’s. Rickey’s executive chef Ken Drew will be creating a menu using ingredients local to Marin and Sonoma Counties.
Before eating, diners will enjoy the opportunity to meet and mingle with farmers to learn more about their high-quality local produce. Then Chef Drew will draw from a rich bounty of local produce to present a five course menu that reads like a who’s who of notable organic farmers, alongside local producers of artisanal breads, oils, cheeses and more. Outstanding courses will, of course, be paired with local wines and ales.
