“Warm Up the Winter” with Chef Rebecca Katz, educator and graduate of Natural Gourmet Institute. Katz will teach attendees how to bring great taste and wellness with a “soup banquet”. Her menu will include ruby red beet soup with parsnip chip, coconut cauliflower soup with ginger and turmeric, orange salad with olives and mint pomegranate vinaigrette and more!
