The chef hails from New York, but crafts his food with global influences after living in Haiti during his childhood, attending Institut Paul Bocuse in France, working in Shanghai and Copenhagen, and sharing his skills in several Wine Country restaurants.
All reservations include dinner prepared from the chef’s recipes by the expert Fresh Starts team and served at your table. Your evening includes two glasses of wine, if desired, to accompany your meal.
