Chef Edward Espe Brown joins Fresh Starts Chef Events for an evening celebrating Tassajara cooking and the diversity within it. After the success of his first book more than 30 years ago, Chef Edward Espe Brown has made his career teaching others about the benefits behind Tassajara and is a founding chef at California’s Tassajara Zen Mountain Center.
