Heidi Krahling, esteemed chef and owner of both Insalata’s and Marinitas in San Anselmo, will be sharing some of her famous recipes at the next Fresh Starts Chef Event. Chef Heidi stresses the importance of eating healthy, as well as sustainable living. She has great ideas for minimizing food waste and taking care of our fragile planet. Some of the items on her menu for this event will be her famous chicken tagine with olives & cilantro, and tasty preserved lemon couscous.
