Want to learn more about charcuterie? Get a taste of the action (literally!) at a hands-on cooking class with our very own Executive Chef Stazi Dulman! Students will learn basic principles of curing, brining, smoking and sausage making, then prepare from scratch and sample dishes like fresh Italian Link Sausage, Mexican-Style Chorizo, Chicken Ballotine, Salmon Galantine and Vegetable Terrine.
