Continuous Clay: Trends & Innovations

The Bay Area has a long history of ceramic making from artists such as Viola Frey and Peter Voulkos, who helped elevate the craft to new heights. From July through September, Marin Museum of Contemporary Art presents “Continuous Clay: Trends & Innovations” an exhibition featuring nine Bay Area artists working in ceramics today: Brett Crawford, Shenny Cruces, Michelle Gregor, Jeannie Ichimura, Pancho Jiménez, Mark Messenger, Maria Paz, Tiffany Schmierer and Tiffany Tang.

Step into the MarinMOCA and experience an imaginative, engaging display of the endless possibilities of clay!

This exhibition is free and open to the public from July 24 – September 5, 2021.
