Chef Traci des Jardins, chef/partner at the now-closed Jardinière in San Francisco, will share a menu based on her classical French training and passion for Mexican cuisine.
A longtime leader in the Bay Area food scene, Chef Traci operated Jardinière with partner Pat Kuleto for 21 years and has held leading roles in The Commissary and Arguello at the Presidio. She has won two James Beard Foundation awards.
Raised in the Central Valley, she developed her passion for food while learning to cook with her Mexican and French-Acadian grandparents. Chef Traci later built her skills in some of the most acclaimed kitchens in Los Angeles, France and New York City.
She serves as Culinary Advisor for Impossible Foods and sits on the board of La Cocina, which nurtures culinary entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.
