Every Tuesday evening from May through October, enjoy the Downtown Novato Community Farmers’ Market, located in the heart of downtown Novato on Sherman Avenue between Grant Avenue and De Long Avenue – right in front of Novato’s iconic City Hall. The market runs from 4pm – 8pm from May through October 29th.
Enjoy fresh produce from local farms, fresh prepared foods, locally produced cheese and honey, sweet kettle corn, and much more. If you stay for dinner, there’s something for everyone including Thai food, rotisserie chicken, Himalayan and Yucatan foods, BBQ, and more.
Beyond food, Novato Farmers’ Market often offers live music, and is located next to a beautiful green lawn in front of city hall, perfect for a picnic to enjoy your fresh food finds from the farmers market. The market is also a great place to find a little something to bring back home including hand-made jewelry, knit hats, and pottery.
