Experience the soulful dive bar anthems of King Dream at Novato Civic Green on Friday, June 20, from 6:00-8:00pm as part of the free Concerts on the Green series. Led by Oakland native Jeremy Lyon, this L.A.-based rock ‘n’ roll project blends influences from Springsteen and Petty with ’60s West Coast psychedelia and contemporary sounds like My Morning Jacket, creating music that balances hope with world-weariness. Lyon, who has performed at Outside Lands and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, brings his ambitious multi-genre sound to life with some of California’s most in-demand musicians.
Feel free to bring your own picnic blankets and lawn chairs. Outside food and drink are welcome. Please note that we kindly ask you to leave your furry friends at home.
