Travel to southern Italy in this hands-on pasta-making class with Honey Grace Lopez on April 24 from 6:00–8:30pm.
Guests will learn to make traditional pasta dough using just flour, water, and their own hands while shaping classic southern Italian pastas such as cavatelli, malloreddus, and orecchiette. Guided step-by-step by Lopez, participants will gain practical techniques for crafting fresh pasta at home before enjoying a tasting of their handmade pasta served with tomato sauce.
Guests will also take home two servings of fresh pasta to cook or freeze, a jar of class-made tomato sauce, and tips to continue their pasta-making journey at home.
